Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Grafibee, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of digital and service-based work, refunds are handled under the following conditions:

1. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are possible only if no work has started on your project.
  • If initial drafts or designs are shared, only a partial refund (if applicable) may be considered.
  • No refunds for fast-track or priority orders.

2. Non-Refundable Services

  • Resume Builder digital downloads
  • Power BI dashboards delivered in .pbix
  • UI/UX templates and design files
  • Website development once staging link is shared
  • Document Control services already initiated

3. Project Cancellation

  • If a project is cancelled by the client after work has begun, no refund will be provided for completed stages.
  • Unused milestones may be refunded after evaluation.

4. Revisions & Corrections

  • Revisions included in the package are free.
  • Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit will be chargeable.
  • Refunds cannot be requested due to preference changes after delivery.

5. Payment Disputes

  • Chargebacks or unauthorized disputes will lead to account suspension.
  • We encourage contacting our support team before reporting a payment issue.

6. Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
